If you have obtained a new ARC or updated your mobile phone number,

please bring your ARC and Student ID to Room 401 of the Administration Building and request the Registration Division to update your information.

(中、英文名)

如要修正中、英文姓名，請填寫學生更改學籍資料申請書、並備妥相關證明(護照等)送交教務處註冊組(行政大樓401)辦理。

(English and Chinese Names)

If you want to change English and Chinese Names,

fill out the Application Form for Updating Personal Information, prepare the necessary supporting documents (such as passport)

and submit them to the Academic Affairs Office, Registration Division(Room 401 of the Administration Building) for processing.
