【註冊組】境外生業務指引-補發學生證

補發學生證
Reissuance of Student ID Card

 

1.在教務處註冊組(行政大樓401)門口拿取申請單填寫,或先自行印出申請單
 
2.掃描申請單的QR-code,或登入掛失系統完成掛失
 
3.至總務處出納組(行政大樓108)繳費後,將收據繳回教務處註冊組(行政大樓401)第一櫃台
 
4.2個工作日後可攜帶居留證回到教務處註冊組(行政大樓401)領取

 

 
1.Obtain the application form at the entrance of the Registration Division, Academic Affairs Office (Room 401, Administration Building),
 

2.Scan the QR code on the application form or log in to the loss reporting system to complete the process.

 

3.After making the payment at the Cashier Division, General Affairs Office (Room 108, Administration Building),

return the receipt to the first counter of the Registration Division, Academic Affairs Office (Room 401, Administration Building).

 

4.You can return to the Registration Division, Academic Affairs Office (Room 401, Administration Building),

with your ARC to collect it after two working days.
