【重要通知】本校112-2學期應屆研究所碩、博士畢業生，因應0403地震影響，延長休學、修業期限、畢業離校及收費等彈性配套措施說明
 

一、依據本校學則、專科以上學校維護突遭重大災害學生學習權益處理原則暨113.05.16核定簽案辦理，期協助同學克服地震帶來的困難並順利取得學位。

二、本(112-2)學期應屆碩博士畢業生之學位論文上傳及繳交、完成畢業離校期限，原訂113年8月30日截止；
        同意彈性寬延於113年9月30日(星期一)前上傳學位論文並完成離校手續者，仍視為112-2學期畢業，核發112-2學期學位證書。

三、逾113-1學期全校註冊日(113年9月9日)，可暫緩繳交當學期學雜費基數。
       若已完成繳費且於9月30日前完成畢業離校者，核發112-2學期學位證書並全額退還所繳113學年度學雜費。

四、惟逾113年9月30日前仍無法完成112-2學期畢業離校者，即應依113學年度學雜費收費標準繳交學雜費基數及學分費用。

五、另針對112-2學期修業期限屆滿之研究生，放寬不受期末考試開始後不得申請休學規定之限制，得予專案延長休學期限並彈性保留最後一學期在學期間。

Important Notice: Flexible Measures for Extending Leave of Absence, Study Period, Graduation, and Fee Payments for Master's and Ph.D. Graduates of the 112-2 Semester Due to the Impact of the 0403 Earthquake

1. In accordance with NDHU regulations and the "Guidelines for Protecting the Learning Rights of Students Facing Major Disasters in Higher Education Institutions," and as approved on 113.05.16,
   the following measures are being implemented to help students overcome the challenges posed by the earthquake and to facilitate their successful graduation.

2. For master's and Ph.D. graduates of the current (112-2) semester, the deadline for graduation procedures was originally set for August 30, 113.
   This deadline is now extended to September 30, 2024 (Monday). 

3. Students who have not completed their graduation procedures by the registration date of the 113-1 semester (September 9, 2024) can defer the payment of tuition and fees for that semester.
   If they have already paid and complete their graduation procedures by September 30, they will receive their degree certificates for the 112-2 semester and a full refund of the tuition and fees paid for the 113 academic year.

4. However, students who are unable to complete their graduation procedures by September 30, 2024, must pay the tuition and credit fees for the 113 academic year.

5. For graduate students whose study period ends in the 112-2 semester, are allowed to apply suspension for 112-2 semester to retain their enrollment status for the last semester.
