申請方式：

(一)歷年成績單、學期成績單(預計於114年7月1日開放申請)：請攜帶悠遊卡至行政大樓1樓、4樓，或圖書館1樓流通櫃台旁的自助列印機進行列印(圖書館114年暑假開館時間請參閱圖書館公告)。
若悠遊卡餘額不足可至便利商店儲值。

(二)113-2學期及歷年名次證明書(114年9月15日(一)下午14:00起開放申請)：至學生線上申請證件系統申請，申請後可於該系統查詢辦理進度，當狀態顯示為待領取時，即可親自前往註冊組領取。

Starting from14:00 PM on September 15th, 2025, students can apply for ranking certificates.

(1) Transcripts(Applications will open on July 1, 2025.)：
Use your EasyCard to print them at the self-service kiosk (located on the 1st and 4th floors of the administration building, and next to the circulation counter on the 1st floor of the library)
Please refer to the library's announcement for the summer opening hours in 2025.

(2) Ranking  Certificates(Starting from14:00 PM on September 15th, 2025)：
Apply through the online document application system and check the progress in the system. If the status is "可領取" (available for pickup), you may bring your student ID and collect it in person at the Registration Division.
