申請方式：

(一)歷年成績單、學期成績單(1月15日起開放申請)：請攜帶悠遊卡至行政大樓1樓、4樓，或圖書館1樓流通櫃台旁的自助列印機進行列印。
若悠遊卡餘額不足可至便利商店或本校出納組儲值。

(二)113-1學期及歷年名次證明書(2月25日起開放申請)：至學生線上申請證件系統申請；申請後可於該系統查詢辦理進度，當狀態顯示為待領取時，即可親自前往註冊組領取。

Starting from Feburary 25th, 2025, students can apply for ranking certificates.

(1) Transcripts(Starting from January 15th)：Use your EasyCard to print them at the self-service kiosk (located on the 1st and 4th floors of the administration building, and next to the circulation counter on the 1st floor of the library)

(2) Ranking  Certificates(Starting from Feburary 25th)：Apply through the online document application system and check the progress in the system. If the status is "待領取" (waiting for pickup), you can collect it in person at Registry Division(Room 401, Administration Building).
