1.Application Period: From May 19, 2025 (Monday) to May 30, 2025 (Friday). Late applications will not be accepted.

2.Eligibility: Undergraduate students who have completed at least two semesters at NDHU.

3.Evaluation Criteria and Required Documents: Please refer to the relevant webpages of the National Taiwan University System departments for specific requirements. (Note: Transcripts issued by NDHU do not include class rankings. If a transcript with ranking is required, please apply separately for a rank certificate.)

4.Application Procedure:
(1) Complete two copies of the “Application Form for Inter-University Minor/Double Major within the National Taiwan University System” and prepare the following documents: Chinese transcript of all academic years, Chinese certificate of rank for all academic years, and any additional documents required by the intended host department → Obtain the department chair's signature and stamp → Submit to the Registration Division, Office of Academic Affairs.

(2) Before submitting to the Registration Division, please ensure that all required documents are complete. Applications with missing documents that are not supplemented by the deadline will be considered as withdrawn.
