通知對象:本(114-1)學期為可修業最後一學期者

 

請依下列情況辦理：

1.如預計於本學期畢業離校截止日（115年2月12日）前完成離校手續，請忽略本通知並預祝順利取得學位。

2.如確定無法於114-1學期畢業：

(1)若仍有意繼續修讀且尚有休學期數，請在114年12月26日前辦理本學期休學。
   *休學累計學期數至多為6學期(服兵役、懷孕及育嬰不計入)。

(2)若確定停止修讀學位，本組預計於畢業離校截止日後寄發退學公文，屆時請持公文辦理離校手續，並請勿繳交114-2學期學雜費。

3.如您情況特殊，無法歸類於上述狀況，請儘速主動聯繫所屬學系說明，以利後續處理。

 

依據本校學則各學制修業年限說明:

學士班(第46條): 本校採用學年學分制，各學系、學位學程修業年限四年。

  • 在修業年限內不能修滿應修科目學分者，得延長其修業年限二年。
  • 修讀雙主修學生於延長修業期限二年後，已修畢本系應修科目學分，而未修畢另一主修學系應修科目學分者，得申請再延長修業期限一年。
  • 領有身心障礙手冊或經政府相關單位鑑定為身心障礙者之學生修讀學士學位，因身心狀況及學習需要，得延長修業期限，至多四年。

研究所(第66條):本校採用學年學分制，各系、所、學位學程博士班修業以二至七年為限，碩士班修業以一至四年為限。

  • 在職研究生，得延長其修業年限二年。
  • 研究生領有身心障礙手冊證明或經政府相關單位鑑定為身心障礙者，持相關證明申請延長修業年限者比照學士班辦理。

依據本校學則修業年限屆滿退學規定:

學士班學生(第30條)：

延長修業年限屆滿，仍未修足應修之科目與學分，或未符合「英語能力」畢業標準及檢定機制者，應予退學。

研究所學生(第63條)：

修業年限屆滿，仍未修足應修之科目、學分，或未通過課程規劃表中規定之英語能力畢業檢定標準，或未依規定完成及繳交論文者，應予退學。

Notice Recipient: Students whose final allowable semester of study is the 114-1 semester.

 

Please follow the instructions below:

1. If you plan to complete the graduation and leaving procedures before the deadline (February 12, 2026), you may disregard this notice.

2.If you are unable to graduate in the 114-1 semester:

(1) If you intend to continue your studies and still have remaining leave semesters available, please apply for a leave of absence before December 26, 2025.(A maximum of 6 leave semesters is allowed.)

(2) If you decide to discontinue your degree, an official withdrawal notice will be issued after the graduation deadline.Please do not pay the tuition for the 114-2 semester.

3.If your situation does not fall into the categories above, please contact your department as soon as possible for further assistance.

 

Regulations Regarding Maximum Study Duration

Bachelor’s Program (Article 46):

  • Standard duration: 4 years

  • Extension allowed: 2 years

  • Dual-major students: may apply for an additional 1-year extension

  • Students with disabilities: may extend up to 4 years

Graduate Programs (Article 66):

  • Doctoral programs: 2–7 years

  • Master’s programs: 1–4 years

  • Part-time graduate students: may extend 2 more years

  • Students with disabilities: may apply for additional extensions

Regulations Regarding Mandatory Withdrawal

Bachelor’s Program (Article 30):

Students who reach the end of the extended study period and still fail to complete required credits or English proficiency graduation requirements will be withdrawn.

Graduate Programs (Article 63):

Students who fail to complete required credits, English proficiency requirements, or thesis submission within the maximum study period will be withdrawn.
