📌在校：攜帶悠遊卡至行政大樓4樓或圖資大樓B棟一樓的自助列印機列印。建議多加利用！操作簡單，即印即取，最快速方便！

(圖書館115年暑假開館時間請參閱圖書館公告)。若悠遊卡餘額不足先請至便利商店儲值。

📌未在校：至【學生線上申請證件系統】申請，請使用轉帳方式繳費，入帳後約3個工作日內寄出。

英文名次證明書僅提供線上申請

📌On Campus:

Bring your EasyCard to the self-service printers on the 4th floor of the Administration Building or the 1st floor of Library & Information Building B. to print your transcripts.

📌Off Campus:

Apply through the 【Student Online Certificate Application System】
Please make payment via bank transfer. The documents will be mailed within approximately three working days after the payment is received.

English certificates of class/academic ranking are available for online application only.
