📌在校：攜帶悠遊卡至行政大樓4樓或圖書館1樓流通櫃台旁的自助列印機列印。

(圖書館115年寒假開館時間請參閱圖書館公告)。若悠遊卡餘額不足請至便利商店儲值。

📌未在校：至【學生線上申請證件系統】申請，請使用轉帳方式繳費，入帳後約3個工作日內寄出。

114-1學期及含114-1歷年名次證明書(115年3月3日(二)起開放申請)：

Starting from March 3rd, 2026, students can apply for ranking certificates.

Transcripts(Available for application starting January 20, 2026)：

📌On Campus:

Bring your EasyCard to the self-service printing machines located on the 4th floor of the Administration Building or next to the circulation counter on the 1st floor of the Library to print your transcripts.

(For the Library’s opening hours during the winter break refer to the Library’s announcements.)

If your EasyCard balance is insufficient, please top it up at a convenience store.

📌Off Campus:

Apply through the 【Student Online Certificate Application System】
Please make payment via bank transfer. The documents will be mailed within approximately three working days after the payment is received.

Ranking Certificate (Available for application starting Tuesday, March 3, 2026)：

📌On Campus:

Bring your EasyCard to use the self-service printing machine on the 4th floor of the Administration Building.
