一、成績公告時間

1.114-1學期教師成績登錄至115年1月18日(週日)止，註冊組將於截止日後下載教師上傳之全部成績，進行重複修課檢核及學期平均GPA計算。

2.本學期成績預計於115年1月20日(週二)上午9:00起開放查詢，請以「電子學習履歷系統」公告為準。

3.家長查詢：請至「家長查詢成績」系統輸入學生出生年月日及身分證字號。若學生已成年，須先於「網路註冊系統」→「14、開放家長成績查詢」勾選「是」授權後方可開放。

二、成績複查申請

1.依本校「辦理學生學期成績複查要點」(114.12.24教務會議審議通過)規定：

(1)申請期限：學生應於學期成績公告日起二週內提出申請。

●本學期公告日為115年1月20日，複查申請截止日為115年2月3日。

●逾期不予受理。

(2)申請流程：

●填妥「成績複查申請書」並檢附相關佐證資料，向開課單位提出。

●開課單位受理後，應於十個工作日內完成處理，並書面通知學生結果。

2.成績更正：如複查結果需更改成績，授課教師另依「教師繳交及更正成績實施辦法」提出更正程序。

3.申訴管道：若學生不服複查結果，或開課單位逾期未妥適處理者，可於收到結果次日起二十日內，或處理期限屆滿次日起二十日內，依本校學生申訴處理辦法向學生申訴評議委員會提出申訴。

1.Grade Announcement Schedule

(1) Announcement Date: Grades will be available for inquiry starting at 9:00 a.m. on January 20, 2026.

(2) Inquiry System: Please refer to the grades announced in “e-Portfolio” as the official record.

2. Grade Review Application:

(1) According to NDHU “Guidelines for Student Semester Grade Review” (approved at the Administrative Meeting on December 24, 2025):

◆Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted within two weeks from the grade announcement date. For this semester, the application period is from January 20 to February 3, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.

◆Application Procedure:

A. Complete the “Grade Review Application Form”

 and attach the relevant supporting documents, then submit them to the course-offering department.

B. The course-offering department should complete the review within ten working days and notify the student of the results in writing.

(2) Grade Correction: If the review results require a grade change, the instructor will carry out the correction procedure in accordance with the “Implementation Guidelines for Submission and Correction of Grades by Instructors.”

(3) Appeal Process: If a student disagrees with the review results, or if the course-offering department fails to handle the review properly within the prescribed period, the student may submit an appeal to the “ Student Appeal Review Committee” in accordance with NDHU Student Appeal Procedures.

The appeal must be filed within 20 days from the day following receipt of the review result or within 20 days from the expiration of the handling period.
