• 抵免申請期限Deadline for Credit Transfer Application：

本學期「學分抵免系統」開放時間至115.03.06(五)午夜23:59止(逾時不再開啟，請待下學期抵免開放期間再送件)

The "Credit Transfer System" for this semester is opened to 115.03.06(Friday) midnight 23:59 (the system will not reopen after the deadline, please submit during the next semester's exemption period).

• 申請及操作流程Application and Operation Procedure：

1. 請在學分抵免系統登錄課程並依據「申請類別」(專業抵免/通識抵免)分別列印抵免學分申請單，連同成績單正本分別送所屬學系/通識教育中心辦理審核。
   Please log in to the Credit Transfer System to enter the course and according to the "Application Category" (Departmental Professional Courses/General Education Courses) and print the application forms. Submit the original transcript along with the application to the respective department/General Education Center for review.
2. 提醒若同時申請系專業課程及通識課程抵免，需準備2份成績單正本。
   If you apply for credit transfer for both departmental professional courses and general education courses simultaneously, you need to prepare 2 original transcripts.
