【註冊組】113-1學期新舊生註冊須知Summary of the registration procedures in the 113-1 semester

113學年度第1學期註冊程序重要摘錄如下:

一、本學期註冊日為113年9月9日(週一),請同學於期限前完成繳費(或辦妥就學貸款)並於【網路註冊系統更新學籍資料(每學期均要更新)。

(一)繳交學雜費:

1、繳費單下載時間:113年8月19日(週一)起

(1)嚮應節能減碳本校不寄發繳費單,繳費單開放後,請同學上網自行下載。

(2)本校首頁\學雜費專區\臺灣銀行學雜費入口網\【繳費單查詢(原「學生登入」)

(3)本校代收類別代號如下,請同學依繳納項目分別登入

a. 繳納註冊學雜費&加選學分費、學生會費、住宿補繳費用等,請輸入111332

b. 查詢112學年度(含)前之學生會費&住宿補繳等其他相關費用,請輸入代號111942

(4)依序輸入「身分證字號」、「學號」、「識別碼」(首次登錄預設為出生年月日,格式YYYMMDD 共7碼,例如民國70年5月3日請填入0700503)及「圖形驗證碼」,點擊「確認登入」。

(5)確認登入後(畫面出現個人基本資料及各學期之繳費單),選擇欲查詢之學年、學期及代收費用別後按「查詢」,點選「產生繳費單(PDF檔)」,出現檔案下載對話框,請直接開啟或存檔(需輸入學生身分證字號,方能開啟繳費單檔案),以A4紙張列印即可。(請參考本校中文首頁\學雜費專區\繳費單列印流程之教學畫面

(6)若不便使用網路下載,可電洽總務處出納組申請寄發紙本。(電話03-8906366、傳真03-8900133)

2、繳費期間:113年8月19日~9月9日

3、繳費方式:

(1)臺灣銀行、郵局、統一、全家、OK及萊爾富便利超商繳費或以信用卡、ATM及網路銀行轉帳(點選「繳費」項目即可不受轉帳最高3萬元限制)。

(2)利用灣PAY、一卡通MONEY、街口支付、悠遊付等行動支付工具繳費,請參閱繳費單記載之說明與條碼辦理,手續費依個別繳費頁面顯示金額扣取。

(二)網路註冊:

1、請於113年8月3日~9月9日止,至網路註冊系統】確認或更新個人資料後,點選「更新資料確認」鍵;賃居校外者,請於系統中第10項填報校外住宿地址,以利緊急狀況之聯繫。

2學士班同學請配合完成UCAN相關問卷填寫。(另僑生、港澳生、外籍生、陸生、交換生及碩博班同學可忽略UCAN部分)

二、查詢註冊情形及列印在學證明:請於113年9月9日(週一)上午9點後,至電子學習履歷系統重要資訊中查詢當學期繳費、就學貸款及網路註冊情形,完成註冊手續者,即可在系統中「列印當學期在學證明」。

三、本校不寄發當學期成績通知單,學生及家長可自行上網查詢或申請。

(一)學生查詢方式:請至本校【電子學習履歷系統】成績查詢中查詢。

(二)家長查詢方式:請至本校【家長成績查詢系統】倘學生已成年,必先經學生個別開放授權。

(三)本校於行政大樓一樓106室、四樓教務處註冊組外側及圖書館一樓服務台旁電腦設有「自助列印成績系統」,學生可持悠遊卡逕自列印中、英文歷年成績單學期成績單。若需名次證明書等文件,請至【學生線上申請證件系統】申請,繳費完成且系統顯示入帳後將依序製作。因各繳款管道入帳天數不一,建議利用ATM轉帳或網銀轉帳方式繳款較快入帳。

 

  1. Students are required to pay tuition and fees before September 9th, 2024 (Monday) and update their status information in theOnline Registration System.Failure to do so will result in the inability to continue schooling.
    1. Pay tuition and fees:
      1. Payment period: August 19th to September 9th, 2024
      2. Students are encouraged to download payment slips from the Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees section on the website of the Bank of Taiwan. The school doesn’t provide printed payment slips as we support energy conservation and carbon reduction.

      3. The tips of login:
        1. Collection category :
          1. For tuition and fees ,credit fees, student union fees and accommodation back payment fees: 111332
          2. To inquire about student union fees, accommodation back payment and other related fees for the academic year 2023 and earlier:111942
        2. ID card number: ARC number
        3. Student number
        4. Identifier: Birthday applicable for the Republic of China era (in the format YYYMMDD, totaling 7 digits). For example, May 3, 1981 please enter 0700503
      4. After logging in, ensure the correct payment slip is selected for payment, then click 'Search'. Afterwards, archive it (with your ARC number) and print it on A4 paper.
        If downloading is inconvenient, you can contact the Cashier Section of the General Affairs Office to request assistance. (Tel: 03-8906366, Fax: 03-8900133)
      5. Payment methods encompass Bank of Taiwan, post offices, convenience stores, credit cards, ATM, and online banking transfers (select 'Payment'). Furthermore, mobile payment tools like TAIWAN PAY, iPASS MONEY, JKO PAY, and EASY WALLET are accepted, with handling fees contingent upon the displayed amount on each method's respective payment page.

    2. Online registration:
      Between August 3rd to September 9th, 2024, please log in the Online Registration System to confirm or update your personal information, and clickUpdate Information.
  2. To check the registration status and print the student certificate:
    Students who have completed the registration procedures (including tuition payment and online registration) can access the 
    e-Portfolio to review the list and print their student certificate.
  3. Students can check the scores or apply transcripts online by themselves.

    2. Requesting transcripts:
      Students can print transcripts themselves at Room 102 on the 1st floor, outside Room 401 on the 4th floor of the administration building, and next to the service desk on the first floor of the library.
    1. Requesting Ranking Certificates:
      Please access the Student Online Application Document System to submit your application. We recommend using ATM transfer or online banking for faster payment processing.
