二、登錄系統及路徑
-
路徑:教務處首頁 → 教務資訊系統 → 教務資訊系統-註冊 → 成績相關 → 教師成績登錄系統
三、帳號密碼說明
-
請教師於登錄成績前一周至學校信箱打開帳密通知信,隨信附上「成績登錄系統帳密通知」PDF
此PDF檔密碼為教師之身分證號或居留證號(英文大寫)
四、登錄注意事項
-
請先參閱「教師成績登錄注意事項」及「系統操作手冊」
-
系統將於期限截止後自動關閉並強制上傳所有暫存成績,為保障學生權益,請務必於期限內完成送出
五、應屆畢業生成績
-
系統中姓名欄標註為淺綠色者為擬畢業生,請優先於期末考結束後10日內(即114年6月23日前)完成成績登錄
六、共同開課課程
-
同一科目代碼之共同開課課程,任一教師皆可輸入該課成績
-
一旦某位教師輸入學生成績後,該學生成績即會被鎖定,其他教師無法修改
七、暫存成績公告功能
-
系統預設不公告暫存成績
-
若教師選擇「是」並按下「儲存是否公告」後,學生可於教師上傳前(至114/6/29)於下列網址查詢成績:

八、授課教師成績更正/緩繳/補登申請

申請表網址:https://aa.ndhu.edu.tw/p/406-1004-15284,r5146.php - 學生若有向生活輔導組及課務組線上申請考試假獲准,教師應於次一學期開學前(即114年9月8日全校上課日)
將「補考成績登錄表」( https://aa.ndhu.edu.tw/p/406-1004-196599,r1067.php ),填妥ABC等第成績並簽章後,補交到教務處註冊組代為輸入,
(若請考試假學生已補考完畢,在系統關閉前教師可於系統中自由登分。)

三、Account and Password Information
-
One week before the grade submission period begins,please check your university email for the “Grade Entry System Account Notification” PDF attachmentThe PDF file is password-protected.
Use your National ID number or ARC number (in uppercase letters) as the password.
四、Important Notes Before Submission
-
Please review the “Grade Entry Guidelines for Faculty” and the “System User Manual” before submitting grades.
-
The system will automatically close and force-upload all saved grades after the deadline.
To protect students’ rights, please ensure grade submission is completed before the deadline.
五、Graduating Students
-
Students highlighted in light green in the system are prospective graduates. Please prioritize entering their grades.
Grades for graduating students must be submitted within 10 days after the final exam period ends (i.e., by June 23, 2025).
六、Jointly Taught Courses
-
For jointly taught courses (same course code), all assigned instructors may enter grades for the class.

Once a grade for a student is entered by any instructor, it will be locked and cannot be modified by others.
七、Temporary Grade Visibility Setting
-
By default, temporarily saved grades are not visible to students.

If instructors select “Yes” and click “Save Announcement Option,” students will be able to check their grades before submission via the following website (until June 29, 2025):

八、Grade Correction / Deferred Submission / Late Entry Requests by Instructors

https://aa.ndhu.edu.tw/p/406-1004-14867,r5137.php - If an instructor is unable to submit grades on time due to special circumstances, you must submit a request before the deadline.
Extension requests require approval from the department chair, college dean, and the Dean of Academic Affairs, and are limited to a maximum of two weeks.
Score Adjustment Application Form for Instructors::https://aa.ndhu.edu.tw/p/406-1004-15284,r5146.php - If a student has been granted an exam leave by the Student Affairs Office and the Curriculum Office through an online application,
the instructor should submit the "Make-up Exam Grade Submission Form"(https://aa.ndhu.edu.tw/p/406-1004-196599,r1067.php) with the student's letter grade (A, B, C, etc.)
and signature to the Registration Section of the Office of Academic Affairs for entry before the start of the next semester (i.e., the first day of classes on September 8, 2025).
(If the student has already completed the make-up exam, the instructor may directly enter the grade in the system before it closes.)
