依轉系、所辦法第六條規定「學生轉系、所以一次為原則,經核定者,不得申請變更或撤銷」,請學生務必謹慎考慮清楚再申請轉系!
轉系所申請作業為線上審核(無須列印紙本申請書)
一、第一志願轉系、所、學位學程審理期間
(一)學生提出下一學期轉系、所、學位學程申請:115/5/18-6/18
(二)不需要看本學期成績的系、所、學位學程審理期間:115/5/18-7/13(僅生醫系、物理系、歷史系、臺灣系、族文、觀遊系)
(三)需要看含本學期成績的系、所、學位學程審理期間:115/7/7-7/9
(四)若第一志願系、所、學位學程不同意,改送第二志願系、所、學位學程審理期間:115/7/10-7/13
二、申請流程
(一)轉系申請作業均為線上申請及線上審核,請學生於115/5/18-6/18至東華大學首頁/行政單位/教務處/教務資訊系統/註冊/其他/「學生轉系所申請系統」中填妥擬申請轉系所資料,並上傳第一、二志願系所要求的備審資料PDF檔(一個檔案上限2M),即完成申請程序(無須列印紙本申請書);請學生務必主動與班級導師約談,另系統會同步以郵件通知班級導師與學生進行輔導約談。
(二)受理轉系的系所若需查看學生成績科目時,可在「學生轉系申請系統」中查詢(學生無須提供紙本成績單),配合114-2學期教師上網登錄成績於115/7/3結束,教務處註冊組預計於115/7/6下午17:00前公告開放網路成績查詢。
(三)等第一、二志願系所線上審理完成後,教務處註冊組將下載核准轉系所名冊依行政程序陳判後,預計於115/7/27前於教務處網頁/公告事項中公告(僅公告同意轉系名單,不同意部分將不會公告) 。
(四)若學生申請「降轉年級」時,敬請審慎評估轉系後之學習規劃與修業年限,並確認相關權益與義務,以保障自身就學權益與學習品質。次依「轉系、所辦法」及「學生抵免學分辦法」規定,學生轉系以一次為原則,經核定後即不得申請變更或撤銷,亦不適用提高編級之規定。
(五)請同學依下載的學雜費繳費單繳費,日後出納組會請學生多退少補。
(六)獲准轉系學生若有選課問題請洽教務處課務組詢問。
(七)獲准轉系學生請自行決定補發新系所的悠遊學生證(一張220元) 。
P.S.若學士班學生已上傳畢業課規年,自教務處註冊組於「學籍管理系統」中設定轉系後(115/8/5前),將自動取消學生原上傳課規年的設定,請學士班獲准轉系的學生重新至「學士班學程選課輔助及畢業初審系統」上傳新學系之畢業課規年度,以利畢業初審。

Important Notes for Department/Institute Transfers for the 115-1 Semester are as follows(Application Period: May 18th to June 18th, 2026):

According to Article 6 of the Regulations for Department/Institute Transfers, "Students are, in principle, allowed to transfer departments or Institutes only once. Once approved, the application cannot be altered or withdrawn." Students are therefore strongly advised to carefully consider their decision before applying for a transfer.
A. All application forms will be reviewed online. After the initial department reviews the application form, the form will forward to the first-choice department/institute and college to review ( Transcript not required : May 18th to July 13th, 2026; Transcript required: July 7th to 9th, 2026). Once the first-choice department rejects the application, the form will deliver to the second-choice department/institute and college to review ( July 10th to 13th, 2026).
B. Application Procedures
a. Transfer applications will be reviewed online only. Application is open from May 18th to June 18th, 2026. Please submit the application form and upload documents (PDF file only with a maximum of 2M) to " the Student Transfer Application System". Once submitted successfully, please make sure to consult with the applicant’s class advisor by yourself, the system will email the applicant’s advisor to consult with the applicant.
b. The prospective department can check applicants’ transcripts from " the Student Transfer Application System". Due to the Spring 2026 (114-2) teacher’s online login results will be ending by July 3, 2026, it is expected that the Registry Division of the Office of Academic Affairs will announce this semester grades before 5:00 PM on July 6th, 2026.
c. The Registry Division of the Office of Academic Affairs will announce the result before July 27th, 2026.
d. When applying for transfer to a lower academic year, students are advised to carefully evaluate their study plan and expected time to graduation after transferring, and to confirm all related rights and obligations to ensure their academic interests and learning quality. In accordance with the University’s Regulations for Department/Institute Transfer and the Regulations for Credit Transfer, students are permitted to transfer departments only once in principle. Once the transfer has been approved, no changes or cancellations may be requested, and the provisions for advancing one’s year of study do not apply.
e. Please pay the tuition fees according to the downloaded payment slip. The Cashier Division will ask students to refund the excess and make up for the deficiency in the future.
f. Approved transfer applications students who have course selection issues should contact the Curriculum Division of the Office of Academic Affairs for inquiries.
g.Students who have been approved to transfer applications are required to decide whether to apply for a new EasyCard for the new department ( NT$220 per card).
P.S.
- The Registry Division of the Office of Academic Affairs anticipate that they will complete registration of transfers in the student status management system before August 5th, 2026.
- After August 5th, 2026, students who have been approved to transfer applications are required to re-upload the academic year of the bachelor's degree course planning for the new department by “the Smart Assistant for Course Planning and Initial Assessment for Graduation”.
